Shipping policy

We ship your orders all over the world, from Spain.

The production time will generally take a week after ordering due to the drying of finishing oil.

Then you need to add the shipping time:

• For Spain, shipping takes 2-3 working days.
• In the European Union, shipping takes 3 to 10 working days.
• In the rest of the world, shipping takes 5 to 14 working days.

We always group your items (if you executed several different orders, they will be grouped in a package) to avoid any unnecessary transport. Consequently, production time will be a bit longer. 
On average, you will then receive your products from 1 to 3 weeks after ordering. 

Standard shipping is free but you can also request Express shipping at an additional cost.

Shipments are always tracked. Consult your emails to find a tracking number available once your package has started its shipment.

Please bear in mind the shipping is processed by our delivery companies partners. We decline all responsibility for eventual damages or delay during/of delivery.

Customs fees :

Packages shipped outside the European Union are, depending on the destination country, subject to customs fees.

These fees are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

You are responsible for paying these eventual import fees/taxes.
